Father's Day Card

I made this Father's Day card this weekend on a cold and rainy day on the Camas Prairie in Grangeville, Idaho.  I don't have much supplies for a male card but Graphic 45 paper from Ladies' Diary had enough male paper to help me out this time.

The buttons were from old cuff links on a man's shirt.

My friend gave me some of her paper which looks like real burlap fabric and I don't know the brand.   I distressed the outer layers of the burlap paper to give it an old vintage look and sponged it with brown and gold ink.

I used Graphic 45 Ladies' Diary paper for most of this card.  I used an acrylic black frame that I bought many years ago  and placed it on top the male.

Clock w/Angel Wing (Steampunk Series) is from Cherry Lynn Design.  I cut out two clocks, one with black paper for the numbers,  and cut the outside of the clock from the other piece and embossed it with Ranger Rick Metal Art bronze embossing powder.  I cut the background out with from the Cherry Lynn Wing die that came with the clock and sponged it with different colors of ink to make it look antique.  I used one of the cuff links for the inside of the clock.

Anniversary Box Card

I had a lot of fun building this explosion box card. I made this wedding cake for my daughter last year and it will be their first anniversary this coming year.  Therefore, I used the lavender colors, first anniversary sentiments and flowers on top of the cake as the theme for this card.
I used a variety of brands for this card.  I made all of the flowers for this card.

Supplies used:
Cherry Lynn dies:  Horizon French Flair Boutique Stacker Frame, Flourish Leaf Strip, Mini Fanciful Flourish, Teas Rose Small, Medium and Small Rose, Sophia's Heart, Two of Hearts, and Ivy Strip

Tattered Lace dies:  Celebrate Interlocking and Cherished Hearts Corner

Martha Stewart Branch punch

Stampin Up supplies:  Happy Anniversary stamp and embossing folder

Cottage Cutz die:  Birthday Candle number dies

Get Well Wishes

I made this card for a friend from our church who is recovering from surgery.

I crumpled the Cherry Lynn Anastasia Border which almost looks like real lace. I love dimension so I glued on a thin layer of card board under the pink doily to give it some height rather than using glue dots.

Supplies:

Cherry Lynn Designs:  Victorian Romance Flourish, Mini Fanciful Flourish,  Anastasia Border, Dutch Doily Rectangle Frame, Tea Rose Small, and Miniature Rose dies
Memory Box:  Diamond Background die
Marianne Design:  Passe Partout Oval Craftable Die
Paper:  DCWV Fabric Paper
Angel:  Prima Angel #3
Ribbons and diamonds (don't know brand)
Stampin Up:  Tiny Wishes stamp, ribbon punch (cut in half and around the pink doily) and small scallop punch
Impression Obsession:  Spiral Flower die (Light yellow flower)
