Christmas Vintage card
The red cardinal inspired me when I went back to Missouri for my mother's funeral during Christmas time. The beautiful red cardinal were on the snow covered ground. From that time forward, I decorated my Christmas tree with red cardinals to remind me of my mother and the beautiful time we spent during our grieving time with special relatives on their farm who fed their red cardinal under their walnut tree.
All of the dies except for one were from Cherry Lynn Design: Merry Christmas, Covered Rectangle Silver Stacker, Rectangle Covered Boutique Stacker, and step card set.
The pine branch die is from Impression Obsession. After cutting the branches, I applied clear embossing powder. It makes the branches stand out and look more real.
The Christmas paper and glitter paper were DCWV paper from Joann Fabric.
I made the red glitter dots using drops of hot glue from the hot glue gun and covered the hot dots with red glitter. I let the dots cool down before gluing it on the card.

White on White card
I was challenged to create a white on white card since I love to work with colors. I used Cherry Lynn Step die set to create the step card. I embossed the sides and bottom strip from the Cherry Lynn Step die set with a Stampin Up embossing folders. The center is a Marianne Design die with Frantic Stamper Bird on Pussy Willow Branch die.
The flower was created with a Cherry Lynn Small Gardenia die and behind it is the Cherry Lynn Fanciful flourish. Thinking of You is also a Cherry Lynn die.

Birthday Card for Crystal
I made this card for my niece who is having a birthday next week. The picture is from Whimpsy Stamp Sweet Blossom colored with Copic Markers. I used foam tape behind the Enchanted Die'sire Create-A-Card Everyday Dies by Crafter's Companion to give the card more layers and added Ranger's Liquid White Pearl on the frame in the middle of some flowers.
I used Cherry Lynn Designs Baby Breath flowers and Flourish Leaf Strip and glued it behind the bow. The lace behind the card is also a Cherry Lynn die called the Francesca border. I ruffled the paper lace with my fingers before gluing it onto the card to make it look like real lace.
The sentiment is from Inkadinkado and the doily frame for the sentiment is from Marianne Designs. I used pearls around the doily to accent the sentiment and used a sponge with pink ink around the doily frame.

Christmas in July
It has been over 103 degrees this week and very dry. Therefore, thinking of the cold winters around here at Christmas time would be a warm welcoming right now.
I have a few new frames from Cherry Lynn Design and I plan to have the entire Cherry Lynn Boutique stacker frames since the frames go so well with the Cherry Lynn frame dies. I used the Cherry Lynn Boutique square stacker frame with this Dainty Dutch Deco frame. I used a Spellbinder square die to cut out the center and added a sentiment.
The corners were cut out with a Memory Box Snow Corner die. The green branch is from a Impression Obsession Pine Branch die.
I made the bow with the Zutter Bow Maker.
