Tutti Designs Butterfly Arch

Welcome back bloggers.  I will always be posting on Tuesdays and look forward reading your comments.  Be sure to check each day to see what our talented Tutti Designers have created for you on the Tutti Designs Blog and see more cards and projects visiting the Tutti Designs Facebook and Tutti Designs Pinterest.

Aren't you loving your new Tutti Designs dies!  Aren't they gorgeous.   I have the stunning Tutti Designs Butterfly Arch die.  I just love the beautiful butterflies in this die.  You can cut these butterflies out and use it on your card with the Butterfly Arch die cut or glue it on top of the butterflies to give a 3D look.

Tutti Designs Butterfly Arch

I cut out two Butterfly Arch die cuts with Crafter's Companion gold/white glimmer card stock and sprayed it with Cosmic Shimmer Vintage Mist Antique Rose. After the ink dried on the die cuts, I bent the tips and used 1/2" wide Scor-Tape to tape the wings on the card.

Using the Scor-Tape, I am able to take the die cuts off the tape  a few times until I get the position of the wings the way I like it.  Also, I arrange the Wild Orchid Craft flowers on this tape and when I get that arrangment the way I like it, then I glue the flowers on the card.   I don't have to glue the wings since there is enough glue on the flowers to keep the wings in place and this Scor Tape remains sticking to the wings.

I make a hat pin out of jewelry beads and stuck it in the flowers and used some tiny rhinestones for the top of the butterfly.

I stamped the sentiment with Versa Mark and then used detail gold embossing powder.

Other supplies:  3mm flat back pearls, Bazzille orchid card stock, Crafter's Companion gold/white glimmer card stock, Stampin Up sentiment, Pion Designs Scent of Lavender cardstock, Wild Orchid Craft Flowers and Cosmic Shimmer Vintage Mist-Antique Rose.

You'll want to be sure to pop over to the *NEW* Tutti Designs Store and check out all the beautiful dies in their first release.

Wedding card

Welcome bloggers to my Tutti Designs blog.  Are you enjoying visiting our other talented Tutti Designers and seeing what they have created for you.

Hi, I am Nancy and I am so excited to share with you here each Tuesday, my cards and projects using another Tutti Designs die.

I am using the gorgeous Tutti Designs Dove Circle.  I love the elegant doves in this die.  I plan to use this die for some of my Christmas and Easter cards as well as someone who has been baptized.

The doves could be cut out of the die cut and used on many projects and cards if you didn't want the entire wreath with the doves. I didn't glue the entire wreath since I wanted some parts of the doves to stand out.

Tutti Designs Dove Circle

I added 10mm Wild Orchid Craft roses in the wreath and used 4mm flat back pearls around the frame.  The bow is the 1 1/2" wide May Art white ribbon with a rhinestone heart ribbon buckle slider.

Merry Christmas

Lipstick Red Seam Binding Ribbon
This is my posting day for Really Reasonable Ribbon.  Hi, I am Nancy Hill and very excited to share with you my card as well as this gorgeous Lipstick Red seam binding ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon at $.30 a yard.  This color is deep red to match perfectly with the poinsettia and colors in the Graphic 45 paper.  Soon,  I will be ordering the roll of this gorgeous Lipstick Red seam binding ribbon for my Christmas cards and Valentine cards.

I made this bow using the Zutter Bow It All bow maker which I have been recommending to everyone since I bought mine over a year ago from Really Reasonable Ribbon.  I had given the Zutter Bow It All  bow maker as Christmas gift to my friends and now they are recommending it to everyone as well.  I always attach my ribbons and bows to my cards or projects using the Scor Tape from Really Reasonable Ribbon.  This tape is a must for me and Really Reasonable Ribbon carries various sizes.

I added a pearl antique brad for the center of this bow since I wanted the bow to bring out the poinsettia.  I added the new Tutti Designs Dove Circle die that was cut with gold mirror card stock.  The embossing folder is the Creative Expression-Sue Wilson-Snow Flake Lattice on white/gold shimmer card stock.  The Merry Christmas is a die cut from Cheery Lynn Designs.

Sizzlin Summer Sunshine

Really Reasonable Ribbon challenge theme is the Sizzlin Summer with the gorgeous
Citrus Assortment in the June Ribbon Club Assortment.  Isn't this assortment of gorgeous ribbon in the June Ribbon Club  what you need for your cards or projects for this summer or even this fall!

I am using the stunning 5/8" wide Maize Taffeta ribbon that you can find in this Citrus Assortment assortment or separately from Really Reasonable Ribbon on-line store.  I added a brad in the center of the double bow.  The double bow was made from the Zutter Bow It All  bow maker from Really Reasonable Ribbon.  If you are struggling making beautiful bows, the Zutter Bow It All is what you need.  If you want to know more information on this fantastic bow maker, watch a few of Bonnie Garby's You Tube videos to get you started.

I attached the ribbon and bow using the Scor-Tape from Really Reasonable Ribbon.  I really find this adhesive tape important for me to use on my ribbons and bows since I can take the bow or ribbon off of the adhesive tape a few times to arrange my ribbons and bows and the tape remains sticky.

Other supplies used:
Graphic 45 Card stock - Time To Flourish
Sue Wilson Designs - Thank You die
Cheery Lynn Designs - Daisy die
Tattered Lace - Paradise Ferns die

Masculine Card

I have a lot of fishermen in our family and made this for my nephew who lives to fish.  Scrapy Land has a nice selection of dies for those cards that you want to add fishing gear, fish or a beautiful boat.  This fishing gear is from the gorgeous Tattered Lace-Fishermen die and Frantic Stamper Large Fish Fly die with the Cheery Lynn Designs - Wish Big sentiment die and Fishing die.

I used some of my Copic markers to color the fishing gear and fishing rod and then added clear embossing powder on top.  I added Ultra Thick Melt Art bronze embossing enamel to the large Frantic Stamper fishing fly.

I used a Stampin Up brick embossing folder to the cream paper in the center of the picture frame.

I added the chipboard fish to the side.  The picture frame is the Sue Wilson Double Pierced Rectangle set B.  I used 3D foam self adhesive tape under the gray frame to raise it up and added small silver brads on each corner.

Scrapy Land has over 40 brands of dies.  You can see them all here.

Thank you for joining us at Scrapy Land and keep visiting the

Poppy Thank You Card

Welcome bloggers to my Tutti Designs blog.  Hi, I am Nancy and I am so excited to share with you here each Tuesday, my cards and projects using another Tutti Designs die.

Today, I am using the gorgeous Tutti Designs Poppy.  Isn't it gorgeous. I cut out two poppy flowers using a pink card stock and two poppy flowers using a pink texture cardstock.

I colored the stamens inside the poppies with a black Copic marker.  I glued the pink poppy onto the green die cut and the pink texture outline of the poppy on top of the pink poppy to give it more of a 3D look.  I used Ranged Gold Liquid Pearl for the center of the poppy.   Since the die has one poppy, I cut out the poppy flowers with the same pink card stocks and another cut with the stem using green card stock and glued it on the green die cut.

I am using the gorgeous Tutti Designs Die Rose Edge.  Isn't it just gorgeous with the stunning rose buds, butterflies and the rose.
Tutti Designs Rose Edge

I love 3D cards so I cut out two of the Rose Edge die cuts from white glimmer paper.  One of the white die cuts, I cut out each of the butterflies, rose buds and rose and colored each one with Copic markers.

I used my fingers to bends the edges of the colored rose buds and rose and glued each edge and then stuck each on on the white Rose Edge die cut.  I bent the butterflies with my fingers and only glued the centers of each butterfly and stuck it on on the white die cut.  I added 1mm rhinestones on one of the butterflies.

I glued the entire die cut on the frame of the white embossed and cream yellow cardstock.  I added 3mm flat back pearls around the frame.  I used 3/8" width Scor-Tape to stick the ribbon and bow onto the card.

Other supplies used:
Rose pink seam binding ribbon with antique pearl brad in the center

Thank You Card

I enjoyed substituting for our Catholic elementary school in our rural town and want to send a
Thank You card for the teachers, principal and staff for calling me this year to substitute for their classes.  The smiles and teaching these little children just filled my heart with blessings.

I am loving the Sue Wilson dies and her embossing folders.  I cut out two Sue Wilson Thank You sentiments, one in white/gold glimmer cardstock and another one in silver mirror card stock.  I cut the Thank You out of the silver card stock and glued it on the outside frame of the white Thank You die cut.

I just bought on-line from Scrapy Land the stunning and very versatile die - Sue Wilson - Spanish Collection-Seville.  I used 3D foam tape for layering the frames, Seville die cut and behind the Thank You.  The card was framed with the Sue Wilson-Double Pierced Rectangle Set B.

The embossing folder is the gorgeous Sue Wilson-Rambling Rose.  The flowers are from the Wild Orchid Craft and the gorgeous leaves are Sue Wilson Petite Vinery and Sue Wilson Lace Edge Leaves.  I highly recommend the Sue Wilson dies Petite Vinery and Lace Edge Leaves to be added to your inventory of dies when you are adding flowers to your cards.  I love these two dies especially for vintage and Shabby Chic cards.

Other supplies are:  Crafter's Companion white/gold cardstock, 1 1/2" May Art Crushed White Ribbon with pearl and rhinestone ribbon slider buckel and 3mm flatbead pearls.

Scrapy Land has over 40 brands of dies.  You can see them all here.
