Wild Rose Studio Angel on Deer Christmas card

Welcome back and Nancy Hill, Design Team member for The Rubber Buggy.  I am excited to share my Christmas card made with adorable Wild Rose Studio stamp, die and paper.  I love making my Christmas cards early to save time for the big projects around Christmas time and get my Christmas cards out after Thanksgiving.

The Rubber Buggy has all of the top-name brand and quality supplies that you will want for your Christmas cards and projects this year.  Also, make sure to check often the new arrivals that are showing up each day.  These Christmas supplies especially the paper, dies and stamps will sell out soon so make sure to get your order in  now.

The card measures 6 1/2" square.  I stamped the Wild Rose Studio Angel on Reindeer and Wild Rose Studio Swirling Greeting stamp with Memento Black Tuxedo ink using the Tim Holtz Stamping Platform Tool on the gorgeous Wild Rose Studio Birds and Berries paper collection.  I colored the image with Copic Markers and used the wonder Uni-Ball Impact Medium Bold white pen to add the white dots around the angel and reindeer for snow.   I cut out the Wild Rose Studio Holly Vine Corner die with white cardstock and adhered it with the Beacon 3 and 1 Advanced glue to the top corner of the card.  I applied NUVO White Blizzard Glitter Drop glue and the beautiful Prima Marketing Melange Sugar Art Pebbles Crystal and Prima Marketing Julie Nutting Say It In crystals throughout the card to add the shimmer appearance.

Magnolia with Band Aid

Welcome back every Saturday and Nancy, here, to share my card with you made with the wonderful products and supplies from The Rubber Buggy on-line store.  I made this card for a friend who is struggling with health issues. I made this card with Magnolia stamp - Get Well - Sweet Tilda With Bandaid stamp along with the wonderful Heartfelt Creation - Heartfelt Sentiment stamp set with the Memento Black Tuxedo ink.  Tilda and the sentiment was adhered with the wonderful Beacon 3 In 1 Advanced glue on the Graphic 45 - Baby 2 Bride collection.

I used an old Spellbinder heart die and cut it with the same Graphic 45  paper collection and sponged a little Ranger Distress Antique Linen on the edges and inside of the heart that has the lattice.  I glued the string of pearls around the heart and added the NUVO Crystal Drops - Rhubard Crumble dots on the inside.  I added Wild Orchid Craft flowers to the heart and sentiment.

I hope I have inspired you try out these products available at The Rubber Buggy on-line store.  My cards and projects are always posted on Saturday.  Keep watching and thank you so much for those wonderful comments as well as suggestions.

Prima Marketing Julie Nutting Witchy Poo

Welcome back and Happy Autumn!!  I love working with the autumn colors and especially making Halloween cards.  Welcome back and Nancy here to share with you a tri-shutter Halloween card scored numerous places with my Scor-Pal made with the adorable Prima Marketing Julie Nutting Witchy Poo stamp on Authentique - Nightfall and Graphic 45 - Rare Oddities - Brew and Potion paper.  There are several tri-shutter card tutorials on the web but I used an ole retired Tattered Lace dies, Sue Wilson Design square and rectangle die set   to cut the rectangle and squares out.
I stamped the Prima Marketing Julie Nutting Witchy Poo using the Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on three patterned papers in the Authentique - Nightfall paper collection along with stamping this stamp on cream card stock.  I cut out each stamp and cut out the hat, dress and collar and glue these pieces on the cream cardstock.  I colored her face, stocking and hair with Copic Markers and used the Beacon 3 In 1 Advanced glue to adhere on the card.  I used the Authentique - Nightfall and Graphic 45 - Rare Oddities - Brew and Potion throughout the tri-shutter card.  I glued along the edges of the card a punched out Martha Stewart spider web.

I used the Prima Marketing Melange Vintage Art Pebbles throughout the card for the finishing touch.  I stamped three bats on black metallic cardstock found in the Prima Marketing Julie Nutting Witchy Poo stamp set with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and then stamped on the same image with an embossing pad and used the NUVO Glitter Black Noir embossing powder with a hot embossing gun before cutting these bats out and adhering on the card with glue.  The NUVO Black glitter embossing shows the bats better than just stamping it with black ink.  The Hocus Pocus sentiment and All Hallow's Eve along with other patterned paper can be found in the Authentique - Nightfall paper collection.

Below is a tag made with the same paper collections in addition to Wild Rose Studio Vianna Sentiments of Get Well Soon.

I am entering this card in

Gift Box for a Special Person

Welcome back and excited to share with you a gift box and handmade foam flowers that I made for a very special someone's birthday that is today.  I love making personalized gift boxes and filling it up with special gifts.

I used the gorgeous Graphic 45 Secret Garden paper and glued it onto the wooden box with the Beacon Advance 3 In 1 Advanced glue.  I added Prima Marketing Havana Say It In crystals  throughout the top after gluing the flowers with a hot glue gun on top the the Heartfelt Creation Decorative Medallion die cut from white cardstock.  I made the white bow from May Arts 1.5" wide ribbon and added a pearl and rhinestone embellishment.

Before gluing the paper, I glued blue ribbon behind the paper.  I typed the sentiment on the computer and cut it out and glued it behind the Prima Marketing metal label.  I used the Prima Marketing white gesso and Prima Marketing Art Alchemy White Pearl on the metal label.  I used a hot glue gun to glue it on the paper.

The foam flowers can be made using the LeCrea Foam Flower sheet and a light orange and red soft oil pastel crayon sponged lightly on the petals before using the hot iron and shaping each petal. I cut out the leaves by hand and used my fingers to shape each one.  I added orange and dark green oil pastel crayons that were sponged around each leaf.   The gorgeous butterfly was cut out from the Lemon Craft Vintage Time Labels 032 cardstock and NUVO Glitter Gloss pen was applied to the butterfly for that beautiful shimmer.

I used the same Graphic 45 Secret Garden paper collection and Lemon Craft Vintage Butterflies around the inside of the box.
I used the Prima Marketing Memory Hardware Petite Frame and colored it with the Prima Marketing clear gesso and Prima Marketing Art Alchemy Ginger Spark paint.
I typed name on the computer and printed.  Then I stamped the sentiment below the name using the Wild Rose Studio Cats in The Garden sentiment.  If you are a regular visitor to my blogs, you have seen this stamp set used often on my projects and cards.

Magnolia Tilda Sitting Witch Halloween card

Welcome back and Nancy Hill. I am excited to share with you my Halloween step card made with the adorable Magnolia Sitting Witch Tilda and Magnolia So Spooky Pumpkin stamps.  I would suggest looking on-line for tutorial and instructions on making step cards.  Also, there are craft companies that make dies to cut out step cards.

Uni Ball Medium White Gel
I never used a Magnolia stamp before and I was very impressed with the quality of these stamps and how easy it was to use.  I always use a stamp tool for all of my stamping like the Tim Holtz stamp tool and if I am coloring it, I highly recommend the Memento Black Tuxedo ink pad since this ink will not bleed when using the Copic Markers.  I colored the witch and pumpkin with Copic Marker and used the wonderful Uni Ball Impact Medium Gel Pen White Bold for the cheeks.  In the past, I always struggled with the white gel pens and threw them away after a couple months but after six months,  I haven't had any problems with the Uni Ball Medium White Gel and highly recommend this to everyone.   This white ink flows out quickly and evenly and each time.

I used the Tattered Lace Step Card die set to make the frame.
I used the Pion Designs Witching Hour and Authentique Night Fall papers for the step card and used the adorable tags for the inside of my card that are included in the Authentique Night Fall paper pads.
Authentique Night Fall paper pad that included the tags

The sentiment, bats and witch are from the Prima Marketing Julie Nutting Witchy Poo Stamp set.  I used an embossing pad and NUVO Glitter Black Noir embossing powder.  I love the NUVO embossing glitter embossing powders that come in a variety of gorgeous colors with beautiful glitter.  On both ends are the Prima Marketing Finnabair Art Melange Vintage Art Pebbles which comes in a variety of colors.

I cut out two of the tags from the Authentique Night Fall 6" x 6" paper pad for the inside of the step card and used the Beacon 3 In 1 Advanced glue for my card.

I am entering this in the Challenge;

Dies R Us: Challenge #106 - Anything Goes using dies by companies carried at the DRU Store

Scrapyland Challenge #99 - Anything Goes

Magnolia Sitting Witch Halloween Card

Welcome back and Nancy Hill, I am excited to share with you another of my Halloween cards made with the adorable Magnolia Sitting Witch Tilda and this time with the Prima Marketing Julie Nutting Witchy Poo stamp of the bats with the gorgeous Graphic 45 Time To Flourish October paper.

The spider web is a Cheery Lynn Design die.

I stamped the Magnolia Sitting Witch Tilda with the Memento Tuxedo Black ink and cut it out. If you ever plan to color your image, it is important to use inks such as the Memento to stamp your image.  Otherwise, there is a difference in inks and some inks will bleed with black ink through your colors with Copic Markers.   I colored her with Copic Markers and then used a black Copic Markers around the edges of her.  I used the Beacon 3 in 1 Advanced glue to glue the witch on the Graphic 45 Time To Flourish October paper. I love the Beacon 3 in 1 Advanced glue since it dries clear and sticks any embellishment very well on paper and wood.   I cut out the sayings and the patterned paper border from the same paper collection below the image.  The adorable bats are from the Prima Marketing Julie Nutting Witchy Poo stamp collection.

I added the Prima Marketing Finnabair Art Ingredient Melange - Vintage Art Pebbles on the card and in the center of the handmade bow with a hot glue gun for the bow and glue for the paper.  I love the using the Prima Marketing Melange crystals and pebbles for that finishing touch to a card or project.
