Welcome back and Nancy, here. Hope you are getting your Christmas card made early this year while supplies are available at The Rubber Buggy. I am having so much fun this year making mine with the gorgeous Graphic 45 Let It Snow Collection of snowy images of the vintage Santas and their furry winter friends of bears, bunnies and owls in the scenes of gorgeous blues, burgundy reds and forest green colors.
Supplies: Graphic 45 Die Cut Assortment, Graphic 45 Let It Snow Pattern and Solid Color cardstock and Graphic 45 Let It Snow Paper pad or Graphic 45 Let It Snow Poinsettia Parade single cardstock. NUVO Crystal White Glitter Drops
- My card base measures 6 1/2" x 6 1/2"
- I framed the Santa from the Graphic 45 Die Cut Assortment package with solid color of gold measuring 3 3/4" x 5" and red 4 1/4" x 5 1/4" from the Graphic 45 Let It Snow Pattern and Solid color cardstock. I found a die cut doily that was glued behind center framed Santa.
- The next layer measures 5 3/4" x 6" of the Graphic 45 Let It Snow Poinsettia Parade cardstock or also found in the paper pad.
- The bronze metallic cardstock measures 6" x 6 1/4".
- The final outside frame of red cardstock from the Graphic 45 solid/pattern pad measures 6 1/4" x 6 1/4"
- I added some snow flakes and ornament from the Graphic 45 Die Cut Assortment package and handmade gold bow with jute.
- Add some NUVO Crystal White Glitter Drops throughout the die cuts for the final touch of shimmer of the snow and glimmer.
My cards and projects are always posted on Saturday. Keep watching and thank you so much for those wonderful comments as well as suggestions.
Enjoy and Happy Crafting!
