Grand daughter's Birthday Card

Welcome back to my Saturday's posting for The Rubber Buggy on-line store.  Hi, Nancy Hill, and excited to share a birthday card for my grand daughter.  My grand daughters love the bling and glammer on their birthday cards from me.  What better way to start but using the gorgeous coordinating dies, stamps and paper collection from the Heartfelt Creations All Glammed Up collection from The Rubber Buggy on-line store.

Supplies:

Instructions

Card measures a 7" square using the 6" square patterned black and white paper from the Heartfelt Creations All Glammed Up Paper Collection.  The shoe was die cut from the Heartfelt Creations All Glammed Up paper and die but also there is a shoe in the stamp collection that is the same size.  (See above).  Cut out this shoe and use a molding tool for the back of the shoe and use 3D foam tape and glue to adhere to card.

Make the roses using the yellow and cream paper (see above) in the HC All Glammed Up paper and sponge the ends of the petals with Ranger Red ink.  Mold the back of the roses with a flower shaping molding tool and use your finger tips to crinkled the ends of each petal before gluing the rose together. Stamped the HC Rose Vine with Memento Black Tuxedo ink on light green card stock and sponge on darker green ink in the center and edges of the leaves and adhere on front of the shoe.  Cut out the HC Regal Border die with the Bazzill Wax Lips paper and use spray adhesives on the back to adhere on the card.  Add 3mm flat back pearl strings to the rose border found in the HC All Glammed Up paper collection.  Made a bow from red seam binding ribbon and adhere with a glue gun an pearl/rhinestone embellishment on top of the bow.  Cut out the tag in the HC All Glammed Up paper collection and emboss your sentiment with Ranger Gold Tinsel embossing powder.

Inside of Card Instructions

Cut out the gold and red paper in the HC All Glammed Up paper collection measuring the 7" square and adhere to the inside of the card.

Found in the paper collection is the 6" square image that has the hearts around the inside center.  Cut it out and adhere to the center of the inside of the card.

I wrote and printed out this sentiment and used a 3 1/4" circle to die cut this out.  Adhere to the center of the inside of the card.

Sympathy Card

Occasionally, we need a sympathy card for a dear friend or relative.  I made this card using the Heartfelt Creations Flowering Dogwood collection of paper, dies and stamps besides the gorgeous Heartfelt Creations Regal Border and Pocket and Heartfelt Creations Fleur Border Basic die set purchased from The Rubber Buggy on-line store.

The card measures 6 1/4" wide and 8" in length.

This is the inside of the card using the Heartfelt Creations Flowering Dogwood paper.

I added the US Artquest Mini Sage Advice prills in the center of the dogwood flowers to give the flowers more of a realistic appearance.  I just added a touch of glue in the center of each flower and used a small spoon to add the prills.

The flowers were stamped on vellum using the Heartfelt Creations Flowering Dogwood stamp with Ranger Silver Pearl embossing powder and cut out with the Heartfelt Creations Flowering Dogwood die set.  I sponged the tips of the petals with  the Ranger Pink Gumball ink and molded the petals with flowering molding tools.  I cut out the leaves with Ranger black ink and sponged some green ink to the edges before molding the leaves with a flowering molding tool and my fingers.

I added a seam binding bow behind one flower.
Hope to inspire you to make a card similar or just get out your wonderful supplies for The Rubber Buggy to start crafting this spring.
