I just love this new Frantic Stamper Confetti & Streamers stamp along with the Frantic Stamper Reverse Cut Happy Birthday To You die. I cut the die out with white paper and added a metallic gold and red circle behind it.  I used red tinsel embossing powder for the Frantic Stamper Party Confetti Stamp; Streamer stamp.
