Thank You to Sparkle N Sprinkle Creative Design Team

I wanted to say a big Thank You for the Sparkles and Sprinkles designers selecting my card as one of the winners.  This card is for you!

I am using the Sparkle N Sprinkle, Beautiful Friendship, along with the wonderful Starfire glitter.
I colored the flower using colored pencils and then went over some of the flower with Copic markers.
I love distressing paper from time to time so I used Ranger Distress Inks and sponged the three colored inks  around the oval, outside frame and the white feather to give it a vintage appearance.  Also, I cut out the Cheery Lynn Design Magnolia flower and Impression Obsession Tiny Spiral flower and sponged it with lighter distress inks.  The green leaves are from Sue Wilson Design Lace Edge Leaf die and I first cut the leaves out with white glimmer paper but then decided to sponge the leaves with green and yellow inks.  I used a beautiful ivory ribbon and made it into a bow used a pearl brad on it.

The corners are from Cheery Lynn and the Thanks is an Impression Obsession die.  The frame around the flowers is a Spellbinder die and I used gold antique paper and then applied some Versa Mark and Ranger Bronze Melt Art to give it an antique appearance.  The background printed paper is Graphic 45 Baby and Brides.

Again, a big Thank YOU!! to all of the designers from Sparkles N Sprinkles for selecting me last week as the Featured Artist and winner.

I am entering this card in the Sparkles N Sprinkles Creative Challenge for March - Anything Goes.

So Glad You're My Friend card

Welcome back to our new and exciting Scrapy Land Challenge #37 - Anything Goes using a brand-name die that Scrapy Land sells on their on-line store.

I love this Creative Expression-Sue Wilson-Ornate Oval My Friend set and it comes a total set of four dies.  I love this frame because many of the Sue Wilson sentiments will fit inside this frame and the frame was turned side ways for this card.  I used gold mirror cardstock for the gold circle inside the frame.

Creative Expression-Sue Wilson Designs-Corvus die.  This die comes in a set of 3 so that you can use cut out either side or both sides.  I used the bottom design of this die as shown on the picture below.  I used a gold mirror cardstock and white cardstock paper.
Creative Expression-Sue Wilson Designs- Finishing Touches- Dandelion Clocks and Petite Vinery.
I love these die sets and use pearls, rhinestones or glitter at the ends of the dandelions on various cards.
