Heartfelt Creations Pampered Pooch Birthday Card

I had a lot of fun making this birthday card for my brother-in-law.  He loves dogs so I used the Heartfelt Creations Pampered Pooch collection from The Rubber Buggy on-line store:

Heartfelt Creations Pampered Pooch 12 x 12 paper
Heartfelt Creations Pampered Pooch Pals die set
Heartfelt Creations Pampered Pooch Pals stamp set
Heartfelt Creations Pampered Pooch Paw-fect Pooches die set
Heartfelt Creations Pampered Pooch Paw-fect Pooches stamp set
NUVO Crystal Drops Ivory Seashell
Scrapbook Adhesive 3D Foam Tape
Scor-Pal Scor-Tape 1/2"

Other supplies:  Ghost line Poster Paper

Instructions:

Select the papers as shown below in the Heartfelt Creations Pampered Pooch 12 x 12 paper collection.  The front of the card and inside of card of paper selected below measured 6" x 6".

Also, cut the dog with the cake shown below 3 1/2" x 4 1/2".   Using a heavy weight white poster paper or heavy weight card stock, cut 6" x 12".

Front of Card

Instructions for Front of Card:

Outside blue frame square measures 6 1/2" x 6 1/2.  Glue the Heartfelt Creation Pampered pooch image on the blue frame.  Using the Heartfelt Creations Pampered Pooch Paw-fect Pooches stamp set, stamp the large bone.  Using the same die set, stamp Happy Birthday in the center of the bone.  I used Ranger Antique ink and sponged around the bone.  Cut the bone using the large bone die from the Heartfelt Creations Pampered Pooch Paw-fect Pooches die set.

Using the Heartfelt Creations Pampered Pooch Pals stamp set, stamp and collar.  I applied embossing ink on the buckle of the collar and then embossed it with copper embossing powder.  Put the collar end through the first hole of the buckle and glue it.  Stamp on the collar the beautiful sentiment "Life is Better With You In It" found in the Heartfelt Creations Pampered Pooch Paw-fect Pooches stamp set.    Cut a three inch Scrapbook Adhesive 3D Foam Tape nad tape the collar on the card.  I made these flowers using an old McGill flower punch and I applied the gorgeous NUVO Crystal Drops Ivory Seashell in the center of some of the flowers.

Inside of Card

The measurement of the picture of the dog is 3 1/2" x 4 1/2" and the brown frame around the picture is 3 3/4" x 5".  The paper (see photo above) from the Heartfelt Creations Pampered Pooch is 6" x 6".   I used an old stamp set for the sentiment.

Inside of card

I cut the dogs out using the  Heartfelt Creations Pampered Pooch Pals die set and used a molding tool on the back of the dogs to give it a 3D dimension and glued the edges of the dogs onto the front of this picture.

I love spending time in my craft room.  I have so many thank you cards to send after Christmas.  I wanted to share with you another Thank You tri-fold card that I made for our son's family.

The Rubber Buggy On-Line store has all of the wonderful supplies you will need for this card:

Heartfelt Creations Blushing Rose 12" x 12" Paper
Heartfelt Creations Blushing Rose Swirls Stamp Set
Heartfelt Creations Blushing Rose Swirls Emboss and Die Set
Heartfelt Creations Regal Borders and Pockets
Scor Pal Score-Tape  1/2" wide
Small brad painted yellow
Ranger Dye Ink Pad - Lavender Field
Tim Holtz Distress Ink - Antique Linen

Instructions:  I made this instructions for you to follow with steps and measurements:

How to Make a Heartfelt Creations Blushing Rose Collection Tri-Fold Card by Nancy Hill on Snapguide

I typed this sentiment on my computer and printed it out.  I sponged around the print out with  Ranger Distress Antique Linen ink.

I cut this label out of the Heartfelt Creations Blushing Rose Collection, punched a hole on top and stuck a yellow brad in the hole. If you don't have a yellow brad, you can color any brad with your Copic markers or paints.   I used Scor-Tape to tape the label on the card.

Holy Crosses

Welcome back.  Nancy Hill with Tutti Designs for every Tuesday and excited to show you my card with the gorgeous Tutti Designs Holy Crosses in the Tutti Designs' January release.

Isn't this die just stunning and you can probably image many ways of using this die for your cards and projects.   The Holy Crosses die measures 4 1/4" x 5 1/2".  My finished card measures 6 1/4" x  8".

I cut the Holly Crosses using the Recollection Gold Foil card stock and adhered it to the card with Aleene Fast Grab Tacky adhesive spray.  Lately, I have been using this adhesive spray for all of my dies since it is easy to use and the entire die cut sticks to the card.

I love adding flowers and bows/ribbons to all of my cards.  I used the Zutter Bow It All to make all of my bows like the one below.

Supplies:
Tutti Designs Holy Crosses
Heartfelt Creations Arianna Blooms Collection
Sue Wilson Die Petite Peony Cluster
1/2" wide white satin ribbon
Our Daily Bread Designs Crosses Stamp
Resin angel - I made using a mold
Aleene Fast Grab Tacky Adhesive Spray

Quilted Card

Hi, Nancy Hill for Frantic Stamper and excited to share with you two gorgeous dies from Frantic Stamper in the January release:  Quilt Rectangle 10127 and In Stitches 10185.

Starting with the center measurements of my card:
Center square measures 2" x 2"
Pink frame behind it is 4" x 5 1/4".
White frame is 4 3/4" x 5 3/4".
Pink frame for the entire card is 5 1/4" x 6 1/4".

First, I cut out a 3/4" x 5" white card stock for gluing the frame and quilt pieces.

Special tip:  I love using fabric softener sheets for several purpose but perfect for this project.  I laid the fabric softener sheet behind the card stock before cutting out the die cut. The pieces will stay on the fabric softener sheet and I can peel off individual pieces and adhere it to the Quilt Rectangle Card Panel frame that was cut with white shimmer card stock.

I can used the remaining pieces on the fabric softener sheet for two more cards using the Frantic Stamper Quilt Rectangle Card Panel frame.

I used the Frantic Stamper 10185 In Stitches #2 for the square in the center of the card.  I added a bow and a  rose in the center of the bow.  I applied NUVO Crystal Drops Ivory Seashell to the top right and bottom left corners of the card.

I hope that I inspired you to make your next cards using the Frantic Stamper Quilt Rectangle Card Panel and  In Stitches #2 die sets.  Check out the other gorgeous Frantic Stamper dies and stamps along with the rest of the wonderful craft products.
