I stamped the roses and sponged the edges of each petal with the Ranger Distress Dusty Concord and shaped the flowers before gluing the petals. I used glued in the center of the one rose and added some prills for the stamen. I colored the leaves and rose bulbs with colored pencils.
The dress was embossed with gold embossing powder
This is the inside of the card. I just love this Heartfelt Creations Orchid Wishes sentiment stamp for my birthday cards. I stamped it with Memento Tuxedo Ink. I normally use Copic markers but wanted the details on the orchids and birds to show more so I colored the orchid, leaves and birds with colored pencils.
Hope to inspire you to make a card similar or just get out your wonderful supplies for The Rubber Buggy to start crafting this spring.
