Welcome back and Nancy, here, to share some fun new arrivals to The Rubber Buggy of 'stinkin cute' Lawn Fawn dies, stencil and stamp sets that will be great this year for Valentine’s Day or any “scentimental” love or friendly occasion! Quick and easy designs by pairing them with the Lawn Fawn Quilted Heart Backdrop with lots of hearts as well as the adorable Lawn Fawn Scent with Love with the Add-On and the new Lawn Fawn Valentine's Heart Border die that has two dies in this set.
Coordinating set ideas: Since this is a birthday card, I added the Lawn Fawn Popup Happy Birthday die and Lawn Fawn Giant Message stamp with the coordinating Giant Message die to the inside of the card. I used the Lawn Fawn Lots of Heart Stencil sponging on Ranger Distress distress inks in the supplies listed below.
- Cut pink solid cardstock at 9" x 11" and score in center
- Die cut LF (Lawn Fawn) Fancy Large Scalloped Rectangle and glue to solid pink cardstock
- Die Cut LF Quilted Heart Backdrop and cut 3 1/2" x 5" and glue to LF rectangle.
- Using both die cut in the set, cut out Valentine Heart Border white and the other pink and glue together and cut out the length at 4" and glue on the card
- Cut out LF Birthday border die and glue to front of card.
- Stamp skunks and heart banner in the LF Scent stamp set with Lawn Fawn Black Ink, die cut or use a Brother Scan and Cut machine to cut it out and glue to card.
- Cut out 5 1/4" x 8 3/4" white cardstock and score in center
- Attach one side of LF stencil with tape and sponge the Distress ink with a brush
- Glue to inside of card
- Die cut LF Happy Birthday pop up and also use the LF stencil and sponge the Distress ink with a brush.
- Attach the LF Happy Birthday pop up to inside of card. For tutorial on attaching the LF Happy Birthday pop up, click on HERE.
- Stamp the LF Giant Birthday Message to white cardstock and color and die cut it out with the LF Giant Holiday Message die.
- Glue the LF Skunks and other images in the stamp sets to the inside of card.
- Add 5mm ribbon roses with hot glue gun on the heart banners.
